1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and yesbd ("yesbd", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the yesbd platform — including the website at yesbd.one, the yesbd mobile app, and any games or services offered through yesbd — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

yesbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of yesbd after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all players on yesbd regardless of the device used to access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser or the yesbd app. All games, promotions, payment transactions and customer support interactions on yesbd are governed by these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on yesbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. yesbd does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing yesbd from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a yesbd employee.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended yesbd account unless yesbd has explicitly reinstated your access in writing.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on yesbd.

yesbd may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you are 18 or older, yesbd will suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on yesbd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your yesbd account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. yesbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact yesbd support immediately.

All information provided during registration on yesbd must be accurate and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and the mobile banking account details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

yesbd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

yesbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted on yesbd.

The minimum deposit on yesbd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though yesbd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. Deposits are credited to your yesbd balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals on yesbd are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. yesbd aims to process all withdrawal requests within a few hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of day.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First- time withdrawal requests may take longer while KYC is completed.
• yesbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted on yesbd.
• yesbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

5 Bonus Policy

yesbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses on yesbd are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. By claiming any bonus on yesbd, you agree to the terms attached to that specific promotion.

The yesbd welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳10,000. To withdraw winnings generated from the welcome bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount a minimum number of times as specified in the promotion details at the time of claiming. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.

• Bonuses on yesbd are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering the bonus are withdrawable once requirements are met.
• Not all games on yesbd contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• yesbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated by yesbd.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on yesbd — including slots, live dealer tables, card games such as Teen Patti 20-20 and Rummy, and fishing games — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing on camera. yesbd's RNG systems are independently audited and certified for fairness.

Each game on yesbd has its own specific rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. yesbd is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game session on yesbd, the following applies:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded to your yesbd balance.
• If a game round has been completed and the result recorded before a disconnection, the recorded result stands.
• yesbd is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection issues or device failures.
• Any game result that appears to be the result of a software error will be investigated. yesbd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error is confirmed.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on yesbd is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

yesbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. yesbd provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their yesbd account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — within a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

yesbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on yesbd.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity conducted through the yesbd platform.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts on yesbd.
• Confirmed underage play.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at yesbd staff or other players.

If your yesbd account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking account after any applicable verification checks.

9 Privacy and Data

yesbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on yesbd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

yesbd will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity and communicating with you about your yesbd account and promotions you have opted into.

yesbd uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. By using yesbd, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. 10 Limitation of Liability

yesbd provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, yesbd does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yesbd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. yesbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

yesbd is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to a breach.

11 Changes to These Terms

yesbd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yesbd will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using yesbd and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of yesbd after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
